One thing I value immensely about where I work and the people I work with, is that when I am on vacation, it is respected. I do my best not to check emails etc. but no one contacts me or intentionally infringes on my time off. Having worked in an environment where this was not the case, this is something I truly appreciate. With any side project, it’s hard to respect those boundaries for yourself, but for the most part, I’m planning to “check out” this week on vacation with my family, so I prepped this for you.
