My husband is from Wisconsin, and when my MIL flies in, she brings us packages of frozen Brats because you can’t get them anywhere out here! Smoked jalapeno and Cheddar, smoked blue cheese, dill pickle, regular, they’re all SO GOOD. My husband (being a true midwesterner) then boils them in beer and grills or sears them in the outside and we eat them in buns with tater tots or fries on the side 😂
