You might notice some fun new things in this newsletter - perhaps a few pops of red? I’m over the moon about the new branding I worked with Kate Zeitler and I worked on! She blew me away and it feels like the A Day In Her Life logo just grew up a bit! Truly so so so excited for the full roll out, but too excited to hold it in any longer!
As I was prepping for next week’s newsletter, I realized the bulk of the things I’ve purchased this month are red. Silly, but in line with the new branding. Here are some pops of red I’ve gotten recently that I love and some pops that I’ve had my eyes on!
Swim Suit - I would be lying if I said I felt the way I want to feel after a few too many months of very consistent travel. I wanted a new suit but didn’t want to invest too much, and found this one from CRZ Yoga, a brand that consistently surprises me with the quality of their products. This suit delivered. It feels very much like the Left on Friday suits for a fraction of the cost. I love the red color and it makes the tatas look 🤌🏼. It also comes with silicone nipple covers, which I’ve never used before but what rock have I been under - 11/10.
Shirt - I’d been eying the Alex Mill Marlee shirt for a while - and when I saw it on sale I jumped. Alex Mill has become one of my favorite high quality, high durability brands, and this shirt has delivered. It’s no longer on the website, but I love the color and can wear it dressed up with a skirt, or as I usually do on Zoom all day with party on the bottom.
Workout Clothes - Lucie Corkery turned us on to these shorts, and they’re amazing. Love how they feel and super comfortable. I was also in the market for some shirts, and I bought this and this love them both. Long-ish but very comfortable.
Red Bags - Ya’ll know I love a red bag, and this one continues to deliver. I could wax poetic for hours. I also really love this one my husband got me and this one for more “going out”. Red is my pop color, and I’m beginning to think I might own a bit too many red bags - but also, is there a limit? Tbd.
Flippies - I have had the same pair of Havaianas since college, and finally upgrade to a pair of Archies per Lucie’s recommendation! I’m obsessed with the color
Pants - IG has been targeting me hard for these pants, and I’m very intrigued because I love the color. I also saw Liz Adams wearing these in the Madison Airport1 and loved how they looked. But mostly a prayer to Ruti - please make your On the Loose Pants in bright red - I’d purchase them before you knew what hit you.
